- ACA COct 16, 20251.0Isharna Hughes Customer service is horrible. She was unknowledgeable regarding my account as well as walked away multiple times throughout our interaction providing no explanation and without addressing me as the Customer. The cashier however, was very apologetic and tried his best to assist me which I greatly appreciate. This is the second time I have had a horrible experience at this branch for something minor.

When I arrived, the “greeter” was showing remarkable restraint and professionalism dealing with a customer making unreasonable demands and asking unanswerable questions. When I told her who I was, she told me I had an appointment with [Someone]. But then that person was unavailable, so she helped me herself. Her name was Olympia. She was friendly and efficient, got me in and out as quickly as she could, and explained the documents clearly. Much appreciated Olympia!

We checked in and we waited for 2 hours for someone else skipping in line. And was told that we got there at the same time. It was a lie. They didn't brother to check. And when I told them that I didn't want to open the account no more they just said no worries. Don't waste your time coming to the branch.
