However, Maryana,the manager's attire seems inappropriate for a professional setting, she is a total mess either found vaping outside on phone wearing her club clothing and rude behavior or laughing out loud. It's disappointing, and I feel uncomfortable visiting this branch with such unprofessional behavior. It’s a shame that PNC doesn’t take all these reviews into consideration. I am very close to moving my accounts.
