  Horrible horrible bank, ask nonsense questions I see why they have a 2.7 star rating all the reviews and complaints are real safe your self the trip and do not come here waiting over an hour to pull out my money from my debit account

  NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL there were 2 bank teller sitting there doing nothing. They do not have a person at the front desk to provide customers with directions. They told me to sign in via text and didn't provide further information. This is a high traffic area and they should have some greeting and talking to customers.

  I came to this branch to close an acct I understand that I did not have an appt however I checked in as per the sign at the front of the branch and I waited 30 mins to be seen to then be told that she had an appt with a gentleman at 10 who showed up 30 mins late to his appt. On top of that I was not greeted once or asked why I was there. My accts are literally at zero all they would have to do is look me up and close the acct.
