They told me to sign in via text and didn't provide further information. This is a high traffic area and they should have some greeting and talking to customers.
- MSMayra SalgadoJan 7, 20231.0I came to this branch to close an acct I understand that I did not have an appt however I checked in as per the sign at the front of the branch and I waited 30 mins to be seen to then be told that she had an appt with a gentleman at 10 who showed up 30 mins late to his appt. On top of that I was not greeted once or asked why I was there. My accts are literally at zero all they would have to do is look me up and close the acct.
