Switching banks all together because it’s low staffed or they are just always super slow and have a line no matter when you come in. Oh & their ATM has been down for a year and 2. I don’t get it & idc at this point anymore.

- MSMayra SalgadoJan 7, 20231.0I came to this branch to close an acct I understand that I did not have an appt however I checked in as per the sign at the front of the branch and I waited 30 mins to be seen to then be told that she had an appt with a gentleman at 10 who showed up 30 mins late to his appt. On top of that I was not greeted once or asked why I was there. My accts are literally at zero all they would have to do is look me up and close the acct.
