I was getting hitting with charges for minimal balance, and such, and it was costing more in charges to keep the account being I was out of work. I understand charges, what I don’t understand is after over 20 years with them, it was not flagged anywhere and questioned why a long time customer closed it. I would have like to have been contacted and asked why the change. But it was just closed and nothing. Makes me feel like all those years I was just another person closing their account. My advice, find a bank( if you can) who care.
