The most dysfunctional branch I ever dealt with. Not professional and cannot communicate in writing. I am surprised this branch still has customers.

Jenny, the Manager deserves 5 Stars alone. Both she & the other female reps at this branch are excellent at what they do & the service they provide.

Lack of knowledge is what I want to post for this PNC Branch. What an experience I had. A couple of months ago I went to this branch, after careful research of the ratings for each branches of PNC within the area, because I know that some branches really don't have any sence of customer service and knowledge of banking. Which was the worst mistake walking into this branch. Now I know why there were no ratings for this branch the customer's don't even want waste there time writing something for this branch.
Well..., I went to this branch for help, because a company refused to pay back money that was owed to me. There was a lady who was helping me and was very courteous in helping me. She helped me to put a dispute in for the amount that was owed to me. She has assured me that the money will be back in the account and PNC will take care of the rest, right away I could see the amount in the account. ("this is the okay part of this situation")
After 6 months later, I take a look in my acount and there was money taken back to PNC. I didn't think of it much, but needed to cheak, so I went back to the same branch where the dispute was made and asked them what happened to the money. After 2 phone calls, the PNC guy tells me, that there were 2 documents that was sent to me to fill out and send back. 6 months ago when I was talking to the lady she never indicated to me that there was going to be letters sent out for me to fill out and send back. She ashured me that the transaction is complate and there is nothing else I had to do. " Okay,.. Maybe, I could have avoided this return of money, if I didn't take a trip and stayed home and watched the mail box, thinking MAYBE PNC is going to send me something to fill out and send back." The worst part of it all, is that because I wasn't at home and didn't reply, PNC can't do a second request dispute... !!! WHAT !! are you serious !!. I couldn't believe it, I don't think I would be this upset if the bank allowed a second dispute, only because now I know the procedure in having my money back.
This branch has a very poor educational system for the customers. ONLY IF... the lady had told me the process... ONLY IF this branch knew what they were doing... ONLY IF this branch educated me the process....
