I was assisted by a lady named Romina, who was very kind and professional. However, when a man —apparently her supervisor— arrived, his attitude completely changed the experience. Without checking any comparables or doing proper research, he immediately said my property was worth $570,000. When I explained that I had bought it for that price but had made many improvements and that the market had gone up, he just decided to say it was worth $600,000, still without checking anything. He then questioned me rudely about why I wanted to refinance, even though I had already explained it was to get cash for a business. He made quick calculations and said the most they could give me was $17,000, without even knowing the real value of my home.
Romina was doing her job correctly and professionally until he arrived. He’s the one who caused the entire unpleasant experience

Good customer service is hard to come by these days. A simple misunderstanding could've been handled if the teller wasn't so defensive and rude. The issue dragged on more than it needed to because a simple service couldn't be met. The teller intentionally humiliated me and whatever backup was called didn't help the situation any further. Congrats, you won't have to worry about me returning again.

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AVOID THIS BRANCH!! Came in to get a replacement card as directed by PNC people I spoke to over the phone because it would be easiest way to receive a replacement quickly since I live out of state and am here temporarily. The lady that assisted me and her manager refused to make me a replacement because my Virginia driver's license, school ID, credit card and PNC savings card were not sufficient forms of ID . I wasn't required to present my passport or permanent resident card at the time of opening the account then why do you need it now?! It wouldn't be as much of an issue if I wasn't no so far my permanent residence where the these forms of id were. I also explained that I have gotten a replacement card printed before without the need of anything more then my Driver's license. The manager and the lady assisting gave me a hard time and advised I call PNC help line. I did. The people who helped over the phone me didn't understand why the people at this branch refused to print me a new card and confirmed that the forms of ID I had presented were sufficient. Finally after more waisted time I visited the Avenel branch on St George Ave where the staff we was beyond helpful and understanding as THEY PRINTED THE REPLACEMNT CARD. The people here at the Fords branch caused a massive inconvenience in MY day and obviously don't know what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
