  Don't even try the atm. Both the drive thru and the inside atm don't accept cash deposits. Never had a problem like this with any other pnc. Looking at the other reviews it seems this one is just subpar

  Terrible customer service. They asked me to leave their empty lobby, even though I'm a long-time PNC Bank customer, while I was waiting for my friend for 5 minutes. After he arrived, the bank associates harassed me while we sat there and caught up for less than 10 mins (before going to our scheduled meeting), so we both finally left. I guess I'll be getting my bank loan elsewhere. Your competitors thank you!

  The drive thru atm is awful. If you want to get money out go somewhere else.. I wait 10 minutes + every time I go.. the Starbucks line goes into the drive thru and it’s always a wait to get in just to get money out 😠🙄
