They sent my wire using wrong info cause they don’t know the difference between a beneficiaries info vs a bank’s info and my wire got sent out wrong. Then I come back several times to fix it to have a bunch of lost bankers who don’t know anything about what they did or how to fix it. They told me they don’t give receipts when sending out wires either to find out later the manager said I should have gotten a receipt of the wire. Long story short they just lost my 6455 dollars and can’t figure out how to fix this mess and now they are just brushing me off. Never again will I trust PNC with my business needs!

I have a business account and avoid this place like the plague, driving to Whitehouse two towns over for superior service and customer care. Every time I make the mistake of coming in, I am reminded why I don't and shouldn't. Some positivity would go a long way here, sheesh

The bankers and tellers have been taking extra steps to ensure my money is protected and that nobody except myself has access to my funds.
