- CAcarlos ArgentineAug 15, 20241.0Worst PNC , i’ve been around for a long time with pnc personal /business and loans , and i own a business account with pnc , never had a problem getting my money from any bank , A lady named Cheryl Gregory claiming being the manager and with an attitude , i had the worst customer experience with her , im honestly thinking changing banks , but i probably wont because every other manager and branch have been good to me and the other ladies at this branch have been really nice , so we can judge them all for one person’s actions. Very disappointed!!

I'm a loyal 7 year customer and have NEVER experienced such an investigation at any other branch while withdrawing my OWN money!! Left feeling like I stole my OWN money! Very poor way of treating customers who patronize your branch, small talk is acceptable but this experience was along the lines of government clearance. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this branch.....
