- SSStephenNov 3, 20251.0This is the worst bank I have ever conducted business with. Thought I'd give this bank a shot by investing in a CD. When it was close to the maturity date, I realized that, unlike every other bank (it is 2025) they offer no option for external transfer of funds. I was told to send a message to the back office staff using their mail center. It takes them several days to respond the each message and they told that I need to snail mail them my ID and utility bill to get my check. Lol what? Again, 2025. Anyway, had to take 2.5 hours out of my day to go to the nerest branch to get a check. Also, their website is so clunky. All in all, the worst bank I have ever experienced. Moved my money back to Marcus, where transfers are seamless and customer service is amazing.

Her staff raging from Jackie to Sona et all are one of a kind and care about each individual customer and give them the time of day the deserve vs rushing them through the process. In today's day and age, it's a rarity to find such exemplary service!!!
