  Best experience I've ever had with Pnc bank. I dealt with a remarkable woman by the name of Mrs. Hanaa. She made me feel comfortable like I was family and adjusted my finances according to my needs. She answered all of my questions. This branch has been newly updated and looks amazing compared to the other branches I've been in. Highly recommend.

  I have a business account, POS, and Credit Card account with PNC bank, but today when I went to withdraw my money through the driveway, first of all, the teller took too long just to send me the deposit slip and when everything was filled up now they want me to walk inside the bank because they won't lend 5k thru driveway. I went inside and everything looked good but the manager turned me down saying the check I deposited 2 days back still needed time to verify. I told them my account from the last 2 days showed cash available and I could withdraw my money as I wished to but she kept arguing. I called customer service and they said you have enough balance in your account and you are supposed to withdraw the amount you want why did the manager turn you down? they then connected me to another branch where I should go and withdraw that same amount. what a waste of time.
