Fortunately for me Jeannette assisted, explaining what I must do to alleviate any monetary loss. The branch was extremely busy today but Jeannette treated me as though I was their only customer. I so appreciated the added touch of offering me coffee! My banking began with PNC almost forty years ago — representatives such as Jeannette keeps me happily returning for all my banking needs. Kudos to Jeannette and other reps who continue to serve me with warmth and gratitude for being a customer. And, yes I’ll have a cup of coffee please😃
