I never late with my payment, but because of mistake some stuff member, main office told us to pay for the loan at the branch. , every month, no more auto payment. Besides that, I put check with higher amount to our loan account.?what they did? Do you know? They put extra money , no not to our principal balance,! They put to there interest !! Can you imagine? I just tired of that and want to move to other bank.
