- AGAndrey GavlinSep 3, 20251.0People in this bank location are super slow. I do not recommend banking here. Took 45 minutes to withdraw money from my account and this with calling ahead and preparing bank about my visit. Loren a bank manager at this location not a good example to lead.
- GSgary skolnickAug 6, 20251.0“ TOTALLY CLUELESS “ I needed to wire some money from this bank ! The app required that I have a debit card ! So I went to the branch. The employee there said , no problem ! I’ll set you up to get a card on the mail in 3-5 business days ! I need to transfer today . I have substantial deposits in this bank including a large business account ! She told me I could transfer on the app & she would show me how . I’m pretty smart & know it wasn’t possible ! Not well trained at all ! She tried for another 15 minutes & agreed it wasn’t possible ! The manager was busy , & the other 3 employees were not trained to do this basic transaction ! So I wasted over a. Hour on a simple banking transaction to no avail ! This bank / branch doesn’t have employees trained to do basic transactions. All of our time is valuable. I have other accounts at Chase , TD , etc . I’ve been a loyal PNC customer for over 30 years . This was the straw as they say ! I’m definitely moving my business . Totally Dissatisfied Customer !

The tellers are helpful and the bankers have always quickly and professionally assisted me with several issues. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and makes me feel like a priority, doing their best to keep things moving. It’s clear they care about providing excellent service, which is why I prefer this branch.
- SPS PJul 9, 20251.0Ridiculously long wait times. Came in just to deposit a check, Only two tellers working and the manager took them to back area for meeting,and their were 5 people in line for their regular banking. I went back two time without banking last week and today i had bad experience again so wont be back again at this branch. Corporate need to change the manager for improve the business.
