We let him know what that we needed to make a change to our account. We were asked if we had an appointment and we responded that we did not. He asked for the bank card and entered our information into his system. We were told to wait. After waiting for about 15 mins, a young lady I am going assume is the bank manager basically told us to leave. What a poor customer experience with this branch. If you were not able to accommodate us why make us wait.
