That’s outrageous when someone is doing business with your bank not knowing wait time and no able to use the rest room. Won’t ever return STAY CLEAR IF YOU HAVE HEALTH ISSUES

A 10am start really is just ridiculous at this point. Not customer centric in convenience. You look to be all about your overhead and cutting labor cost at your brick and mortar locations instead servicing your customers. Time to consider other options in banking.
