  Having trouble with John at West Grove Branch, talks too fast and over your question, would not listen to what I needed to ask. He seems to not care. Going to to another Branch unfortunately. Sunset Ave. Asbury Park. Further away. OMG, never have this problem, at Kearny for TD Banks. This is the second time speaking to him and had same problem and third time over all with staff at this bank. One young lady though was helpful and the counter staff were fine.

  Willy Lavarin helped set my bf and I up with our first joint savings account. He was so kind, helpful and personable. It was such a positive experience. We came on our lunch break and he was so efficient setting us up and really went out of his way to take care of us and look out for our financial needs and benefits. Willy has been at PNC for almost 15 yrs and it shows. He was absolutely amazing. Give this wonderful man a raise! Hands down, Thumbs up all across the board! Thank you Willy!
