  We have been dealing with the Alpha Branch of PNC Bank for many years. Our family has always dealt with the Alpha Branch of PNC. You will not find kinder, more caring and knowledgeable employees as they have at this branch. They take their time explaining things to you. They try to help you in any way possible with many different options and explain each to you in a way that you can understand it. They make you feel like family. You can walk in or even go through the drive thru and are greeted by your name and a smile. You’re not just another customer. I can honestly say that they make our banking a good experience. I most definitely recommend the Alpha Branch of PNC.

  The Alpha New Jersey branch is awesome, always helpful & polite! Small town branch with friendly staff 100% better then going into some bigger PNC branches where the staff is as friendly as a rattle snake. I would recommend the Alpha New Jersey branch to everyone, you need help doing something they are very knowledgeable & friendly.

  Wonderful experience. I opened up my first PNC bank account at this branch and everyone was very helpful, especially Jen and Rebecca. Highly recommend this branch. Alpha is my hometown, I don’t live there anymore but I still go to the Alpha branch for the experience and nostalgia! Considering that Alpha is such a small quiet town, this bank is much better to go to for the peaceful atmosphere and sweet employees.

  I must say, my experience with this branch has been nothing short of phenomenal. The tellers were always so helpful. Dawn is always so sweet and Jen was such a help opening my account. Rebecca is such a help whenever things aren’t going right. I must say Hillcrest has always been closer to me but the atmosphere when I walk in has always been the worst. I go to Alpha and it’s like a breath of fresh air. I enter Alpha and Im greeted by smiles and helpful people. As much crap I hear from other people about PNC, they clearly have never banked at Alpha. Thank you everyone at the Alpha branch for everything. ❤️

  Went through the drive through at the Apha pnc at appropriately 10:30am on a Tuesday am one car ahead of me. Waited nearly 10 minutes for them to say we will be right with u. Well after 15 minutes I requested my cash deposit back & I would go to another location. Also everytime I do go to the alpha branch for customer service they encourage me to use online & zelle. What happened to trying to keep our jobs?? The incident i was referring to the manager stated only 2 employees working was why they were behind... my opinion the way ur all working u will be working somewhere else doing online work!!! I wont be using pnc services in alpha any longer. Ill do drive through & other branches!!!
