I purchased something online for a Christmas present and never got the product and called to file and dispute and collect my money. After waiting two days for any sort of response I was finally contacted by a man named Luther that spoke to me in a condescending voice and basically told me you shouldn't have been dumb enough to order something from an unknown website. The site and product seemed legitimate and they even gave me a tracking number that turned out to be bogus. When I asked for the bank to refund the money as I never received the product I ordered they said that unless they could reach the vendor which was unlikely. I was just out of luck. I have been banking here for serveral years and will now be closing my account. I was scammed out of my money and the bank did nothing to help me in the least. Find a bigger and better bank. They also hold phone deposits for far too long, sometimes up to 2 days. This is just a bad bank and awful customer service.
