  I spoke to Natalie logue about a loan and she requested a bunch of financial information. I spent a bunch of time sending it to her and got no response back. I reached out to her several times through phone and email and she refuses to respond back. Was able to find a better rate elsewhere. I just find it very disrespectful to you not respond back to your customers.

  always an interesting selection of repossessed vehicles in the parking lot. i love to think about the people who can't get to work and school now and i pray "dear lord, please forgive these men and women for their sins against the Mighty Bank"

  Ellie Persson, Branch Manage!/ Loan officer at Liberty First is simply the best! Very quick to respond, thorough, and explained each step of the loan process. She followed through on everything she reported she would do, honest throughout the process and above all trustworthy! I truly felt she had my best interest at heart and gained a loyal customer. Very smooth process and highly recommended! Thanks Ellie, for your hard work, dedication and putting me in a better financial situation. Ellie goes above and beyond for her customers! I am beyond grateful for her! Highly highly recommended!
