I would have given a zero; however it makes you select 1 star at least. I have never been more disappointed, treated so rudely, had more problems with poor security than I have with this bank. To top it off, I was told it was my fault. Funny that my previous bank of 37 years, before moving to the hometown bank, never had a single problem. I do not recommend this bank.

Im not a customer. I needed notary public help for my parents estate plan paperwork. The teller who helped us was very kind and patient as we had to parse through a lot of paperwork. If I lived in the Hickman area I would 100% bank with Nebraska Bank. Thank you Cindy!
