- PCPETER CHACHAJJan 2, 20265.0First time at this branch or Truist in general. Arrived around 3 on a Friday the day after a holiday. They had a long line inside and the Banker was with another client. Once Dawn was done with that client we asked if she was available to open a Business Checking account. She was super nice and professional. She was able to help us as a walk in. Answered all of our questions and we were done relatively quickly. We'll adjust this review as needed but so far we are very happy
