- LSLaura ScottFeb 13, 20235.0I was a new customer within the last year and set up my new accounts with Denise Barbour. She was extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. Denise and the tellers have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. I found a customers wallet at the tellers window one day. I gave it to the teller and she knew who it belonged to and immediately called him. Luckily he wasn't far down the road.
- GIGabe InginoDec 28, 20221.0Went to cash a payroll check in person. Was told my employer did not sign an agreement to cash checks over 800 and they WOULD NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT just to cash checks. I asked to speak to the branch manager. The branch manager called raleigh, where the bank account was created. I heard the senior relations specialist tell the branch manager that he could allow the check to be cashed. Then he told me they were short staffed and could not open an account. There was no other customer in the bank at this time.
