  Always been good on getting what I needed done done, very friendly tellers, and what do you expect when you don't keep a eye on your account your gonna get charged a overdraft fee aint their fault its yours so keep a eye on your account

  The tellers are great, but waiting on a notary while she shows pics of her children, nieces and nephews while discussing her personal business is a whole different story.

  I’ve always had great customer service from this bank. They are always so kind and helpful! Highly recommend. Been banking here for 8 years.

  This is a great bank that is convenient to my house. Are there overdraft fees? Yes, just as there are with any bank you go to. Lesson to learn: balance your accounts and don't spend money you don't have. (Trust me, I had to learn this in my younger years, and I had to learn it quickly because I was paying overdraft fees left and right.) Overall, I've never had an issue and the employees are wonderful.

  They got me on the overdraft fees several times, and when I try to explain that I did opt out of the paper statements, they act like I’m lying and they question me as if I didn’t do it. They’re shady AF...BELIEVE IT!
