  Excellent customer services. I was refinancing my car and was amazed how quick and accurate the turn around was and being notified within reasonable time it was completed. Always the best customer service when ai go into the bank

  I have been a loyal Truliant customer for over six years, always paying on time and responsibly managing my account. However, I experienced a series of serious administrative failures during a system transition that resulted in multiple late payments affecting my credit score. During this period, my payment information was inexplicably removed from the system, without my authorization or knowledge — despite never having changed any payment setup. Scheduled payments were skipped due to this error. In attempting to resolve the issue, I encountered: 🔹 Multiple transfers between departments (Customer Service, Credit Card Support, Collections) 🔹 No resolution offered after hours of time spent on calls 🔹 Confusion and contradictory information from representatives 🔹 Being redirected to third parties (including FSA and Local Union) without progress I was eventually informed that the root cause was a provider change resulting in lost pay data, not any financial negligence on my part. Despite being a responsible customer, the late payments caused by internal system issues have remained on my credit report, negatively impacting my creditworthiness. I have submitted a formal goodwill adjustment request, but have not yet received a satisfactory resolution. I share this review to highlight significant service challenges and the real financial impact they have had on a long-time member’s credit history.

  Truliant makes everything easy. I was the second person in the door on Friday morning after Thanksgiving and was met by Qweeya almost immediately as a walk in, for a loan. She and the rest of the staff were excellent. Qweeya was outstanding. So friendly and pleasant, answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed. Prompt but clearly would take as much time as needed for anyone. She represents the rest of the staff there perfectly. Everyone has always been great there. The team on the drive thru is excellent as well. Fast but on point. Never an issue. Even the corporate department was great years ago when I was behind on things. Truliant has come a long way and continues to be great. Thank to the entire staff on Black Friday and also the Battleground location in Greensboro. Where I had to go after leaving Winston. Over 30 people in line there yesterday and nobody was complaining because they were rolling right through everyone with impressive precision for that situation on that specific day. Well done
