- EKEM KiserFeb 25, 20264.0A little overboard on cashing a check that's drawn off of their Bank. Because I don't think there. They copied my driver's license. They contacted the company that issued the check. I had to wait for about 25 minutes until they could get someone from accounting on the phone to verify that they gave me that check. I respect the process but the fact that the check is from your bank bank makes me question it.
- ZOZach OwensJan 2, 20251.0The Assistant Branch Manager called me a Ma’am in person and was extremely rude to me, slamming a check in the drop box in the drive through after another co-worker couldn’t find our account on file. I’m not sure if her glasses were fogged up, but I’ve never seen a Ma’am with a beard. This is extremely uncalled for and should not be tolerated in a customer service environment, take your business somewhere else that doesn’t support discrimination against others.
