I'm a senior citizen who doesn't like to drive or handle customer service online. I need to talk to a person on the phone!!! What is wrong with these people? I have never seen such blatant nonchalance about customer care, complete lack of empathy and total incompetence and/or ignorance in a professional business in my life! Pitiful...
