They frezze your account. My personal account has been frozen 3x and my business account has been frozed 2c in the last 2 weeks. Im done. I am closing both accounts tomorrow. Plus they hold checks longer than anyone else. There is no benefit besides their location for me.

Presented documentation for obtaining ownership of deceased parent's accounts. Branch Manager stated a PNC Legal Review was required and would take 24-48 hours. Waited over a week, and no updates. They finally told me it was ready for my signature. While out of town in another state, made an appointment to sign documentation. New branch stated the entire scenario was set up incorrectly by Wilmington, NC branch. Therefore, it was all cancelled and redone. New branch had it done in minutes, and no legal review was required. PNC at new branch apologized on PNC behalf.

Had an appointment set up to open a business bank account specifically with this branch. Drove 25 minutes and waited 10 minutes before another employee had to tell me that the woman I had an appointment with, Kim, wouldn't be in for another 2.5 hours. Very unprofessional to not show up to appointments you have made and waste your client's time. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with PNC in general but was giving them another chance for my small business. Never again, can't recommend a bank less.

Exceptional customer service, the woman behind the counter remembered me on my second visit (and I still don't remember her name...) and the financial adviser was extremely helpful, even though he ascertained early on that I would not be able to secure a loan, he walked me through all my options and gave excellent advice.
