I am closing both accounts tomorrow. Plus they hold checks longer than anyone else. There is no benefit besides their location for me.

Drove 25 minutes and waited 10 minutes before another employee had to tell me that the woman I had an appointment with, Kim, wouldn't be in for another 2.5 hours. Very unprofessional to not show up to appointments you have made and waste your client's time. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with PNC in general but was giving them another chance for my small business. Never again, can't recommend a bank less.
