I wanted them to cash a federal tax return check they got my 2 forms of ID told me about 2%charge for non account holders only to return my check to say we dont cash government checks. The thing is my bank won't deposit or cash it bc PNC put their stamp on the back. I have to get another check sent in the middle of a government shut down. All they say is its a training issue and Diana at the branch act like she cant hear me on the phone call.
