  Terrible customer service. The branch on Oleander is the absolute worst. I would not recommend to family or friends. I wanted them to cash a federal tax return check they got my 2 forms of ID told me about 2%charge for non account holders only to return my check to say we dont cash government checks. The thing is my bank won't deposit or cash it bc PNC put their stamp on the back. I have to get another check sent in the middle of a government shut down. All they say is its a training issue and Diana at the branch act like she cant hear me on the phone call.

  Wanted to update my review and shout out to Dominic. I needed a new debit card and he was super helpful and awesome. You guys rock as always. I absolutely love this location. I’ve had so many issues with my cards and banking when I moved here and the staff has been NOTHING but friendly and patient with me. I ALWAYS Come to this location when I need something!!!

  Worst location, long waiting time. Glad I have a second account with different bank and that this isn’t my primary bank.

  I am very new to the area and needed to make some changes to my bank account. I was told one thing on the phone and upon arriving to this location, it was completely different. I have been a customer for well over 10 years... but was treated like a degenerate. Perhaps because there was literally no one in the bank who looked like me. Disgusting... I will never return to this place nor do business with PNC again.

  I visited this PNC branch for the first time on March 4th to make a deposit for a local nonprofit that I volunteer with. I did not have the complete checking account number and the teller was very helpful while maintaining the security of the account at the same time. This can be a difficult thing to do and I was very impressed with how professionally and courteously she assisted me. I was able to telephone the nonprofit's CEO who was able to verify the deposit, provide the required security question answers with the teller, and the transaction was completed. While i am unable to remember the teller's name, the transaction was at cashbox 03 at 12:17.
