Wanted to add my son to my account and the female that was “in charge” of that said he needed 2 forms of identification, one of the identifications could be a utility bill which he had. But she said that wouldn’t work. I didn’t appreciate her high and mighty attitude. She was very condescending and disrespectful. Won’t be doing business with them.

A banker seems to never be available to assist the customer as needed. This bank basically only functions to take basic minimal deposits and ATM withdrawals.
