They obviously don't care about their customers safety. They had the audacity to tell me not to wear my blade on my belt inside. When less than a month ago 3 YN's tried to rob me outside at the ATM. I respectfully leave my forms of self defense, but to not have an armed security guard present and require people be unarmed when leaving with any form of monetary allotment is reckless endangerment to the customers. Especially in today's social environment.

You can't actually do banking here. You have to make an appointment to do ANYTHING. I have never in my life had to make an appointment to deposit money or open an account at a bank. Any other PNC branch you can walk in and do what you need to do. It makes it very difficult for disabled customers as they can only get rides at certain times, and there isn't any signage or anything saying you need an appointment. You find out once you're inside.

They had one person working the teller line, so after waiting 10 minutes, I find out that they charge 2% to cash checks. Then the lady asks if I want to open an account. I was thinking maybe if they waived the fee I would open an account later. They lost a future customer with that one. If I could give 0 stars I would, not just to this location but PNC as a whole.

Have been banking there for over 2 yrs. I ride a scooter so sometimes i will only grab my ID to take with me. And theres a lady there that wont cash my check unless i have ID and medicaid card. Its very inconvenient when i have to rode all the way home to get a darn medicaid card. I have a payee so i dont always know when im gonna getta check. Evwryone else there knows me. I will even tell her to ask one of the other ladies they know me. And her reply is I'm doing the transaction. Personally im hoping my payee will lete switch to blue harbor afyer beginning of yr. And its not like this woman hasnt waited on me over a dozen times

Great place to bank with. Wonderful staff. Though some fees are excessive. I don't see any of them coming back to the customer! But then no other banks are either. Interest payments today are 300% less than when I was a pre-teen. At 9 yrs old, I was earning 3.75%, today over 60 years later earn less than 1%! That makes no sense! I pay 5% to10% or more to borrow on my money yet you use my money every day and give me less than 1%! Time for the Feds to loosen the purse strings so we can earn a little interest on our very hard earned money!
