This bank is being managed by one of the most disgusting human beings I've ever met in my entire life. A former Marine is being treated like dirt while the manager and employees snicker and gossip under their breathe like school children. Absolutely reprehensible behavior. They refuse to help him even though he's been a customer for more than 20 years based solely on the actions of another person that he had no control of, I can assure you, everyone I speak to will hear about how Truist treats the most vulnerable members of our society and the former defenders of our nation. The branch manager in particular is orchestrating the defamation of a loyal customer and has somehow let the title of "Branch Manager" get to her head. 0 stars would be more accurate.

Not been the same since it switched from BB&T. Service level is poor at best!

Going by this place can ruin your entire weekend if you go on Friday. Today we dealt with Jennifer a teller Who was rude obnoxious and probably the worst human being I’ve dealt with in the banking business ever and that’s saying something I’m 41. It took her one hour and 11 minutes to do one deposit that we brought in today for our small business. Her machine jammed and did not work, and when I complained about it, she got very confrontational with me and was very unprofessional. I told her she had a bad attitude and she yelled at me. You have a worse attitude like a petulant 11-year-old child. They had a total of three tellers and we saw over 40 people come and go while we dealt with this. She insisted for over an hour without even calculating that we were five dollars short. Once one of the other Taylor stepped in and did her job for her while she stood there glaring at me it turned out that the deposit was perfect. This is by far the worst bank that I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with plenty. I tried to talk to the branch leader about Jennifer, but she said it wasn’t in her character or nature to be rude and dismissed my complaint as if I were nothing. We will be pulling out of this bank and going through the aggravation when they were BB&T They were really a wonderful bank to deal with. Since the 2019 takeover, they have put people up there that have no idea what they’re doing. They do not care about their customers. In fact, they are rude, nasty and obnoxious to everyone. The line is always out the door and they seem to have no understanding of peoples time.
