Went there on Jan 12 2026 to get a document notarized. Not 1customer in the bank, only 1 employee, a man behind the counter. He started to do the notary and then asked me, are you a customer of Truist? I said no, he said he would not do it and said go somewhere else. I told him, he had done notary work before for my twice. He said, he shouldn't have and I should go somewhere else. Can anybody guess if I will ever open up an account with Truist the rest of my life? NOPE

My husband and I moved here from Colorado in February. On Feb 22,2022 we opened a checking and savings account with this bank. To date (March 25) we have yet to receive our debit cards!
So if you want customer service I suggest you find another bank to serve your needs.
This bank is not interested in customer service.

Don't really care for the chain. The people here are nice. But policy prevents them from being helpful most of the time. Simple accounts cost. Check cashing costs. Even with a paid account in some cases. First Bank is a much better option.
