- JRJason RiceAug 22, 20231.0My wife and myself have been dealing with this bank for a couple of years now it is where I have my military retirement deposit and we have two accounts.. here recently with out authority or permission they have been allowing it to overdraft due to one of our bills that was on auto pay, which we have since corrected… but after verbal notification from us to them, told them to stop overdrafting… they let it happen again and put us in the negative…. There is only one deposit that goes into this account once a month and I told them it would be covered … but apparently that was not good enough they decided to to help themselves to money from my other account to try to bring the account current and then decided to close my account that they took the money from …. I would tell anybody researching this bank. There are better banks, way, better banks….thank the lord for USAA !!!! People that work for this bank should be put in jail for a long prison sentence
