  The branch DOES NOT HAVE A BATHROOM. I am 7 months pregnant and was trying to open an account, and they told me it would take an hour and that they don’t have a bathroom lol any mom understands the joke. They told me the closest bathroom was Lowe’s, the grocery store, 5 minutes away by car. So don’t go here if you have kids, are pregnant, or in general are any person that obviously cannot wait to go to the bathroom.

  Terrible customer service. Have had to call them several times in the past weeks for different matters and it always takes over 3 mins for someone to answer the phone (not exaggerating, I timed it). Called twice today, the first time I waited 3 mins and the second time I waited 4 mins, but no one ever answered. The phone just rings and rings and rings. How are we supposed to get questions answered if no one answers the blasted phone??? Is this any way to treat a member? I'd probably have more luck calling the DMV than this bank.

  All the tellers are very friendly but the wait times are frustrating. If you need to use the drive thru, plan on it taking no less than 20 minutes even if there are no other cars in line. I feel bad for the employees as I’m sure they’d appreciate more help.

  Very time consuming to make a deposit. Very hard to get any kind of loan, been banking here for 7 years, and very hard to even get a small loan, been looking for a better bank

  I was leaving a review for the other branch in Sanford and realized I never left a review for an incident at this branch. I was NOT thrilled with this branch because of the female Branch Manager. The tellers are fine. The one on S Horner Blvd is much better. I lost my debit card and had such a rough time with the female manager some time ago. I called their 1-800 site and had no problem getting a replacement and was issued a temporary to use since I was traveling immediately after being told by the branch manager it was impossible. This was some time ago so maybe there is a new Manager there now. I don't go there anymore because of that woman. It was my worst experience with PNC.
