I signed up for an account, I never received any information such as routing numbers or account numbers. I deposited $100 to open the account and never received any information while trying to open my online banking. I had to call three times and I went to the branch three times to try to get information. I ended up waiting till they sent me my debit card I removed the hundred dollars and called to close the account and they still wouldn’t close the account. They said the hundred dollars is pending that I had taken out so I have to call back in three or four days. I told him that I would leave the account just sitting because I’ve talked to you so many times and you’ve done nothing. If there was a zero star rating, I would’ve left that I would not recommend the bank
to anybody. I tried closing my account four times and they would not let me do it.

They froze my account because I had more than 10K, so the fraud ppl told me. Still trying to get my money. do not trust this bank. Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars.
edit: Update, I opened a MM account online which flagged my account and for some reason deemed it to be fraud. Still fighting for my money. No outside transactions were done in doing this...
