  Please read carefully. Esp if you are HR and management. Tellers and service reps are 5 star. They do their best and help in any way possible and work as fast as they can. 1 star because I hate to come to this branch and pnc in general due to it talking 20 to 40 mins to make a simple deposit. The reason for the long time is they need more tellers. PNC seems to usually keep 2 tellers to handle the drive thru and inside customers- not enough for a busy hi traffic branch. I love going to Southern bank because I am in and out of there quick. 1 teller at drive thru and 2 inside service at least. Sometime 2 at the drive thru. Bye the way-- I am writing this while waiting in the drive thru line at PNC -i had some time.

  Unprofessional and rude, the teller Terica with the knotty ponytail needs to be terminated immediately. I will be following up with a complaint.

  I sure wish there was a zero star option. Up until today I thought Truist had the most rediculous check cashing fee. I got check cashed today and they charged me 27 dollars to cash it. The said they charge 2% for non customer check cashing. I thought i was a customer there to be helped. The people who have accounts there are paying to have those accounts. Why are they allowed to charge as if they were a check cashing store? Total scam. This bank is a true example of cooperate greed. We have to scrounge for everything we get but they sit in ac and type on a keyboard for a couple seconds and boom, they are entitled to your money. Would not recommend anyone doing business at this bank.
