- ISIvey Sutton6 days ago1.0Worst bank in the world. It took over 2 hours for my sister and I to get a paid on death certificate. We had all the paperwork. I would never bank here. Run!
- SDShanieka Davis6 days ago5.0I’ve been doing business banking with this branch for nearly two years and they are awesome! This is the first bank that has ever taught me how to use my bank to my advantage for transactions other than withdrawals! Francine Allen and Zacoyia McLaurin are great teachers! Each of them have taught me how to build credit in a drastic way and literally helped reshape what it means to be financially literate!

- MBMark BlueAug 25, 20231.0Since I don't have an account with this bank, the experience I had yesterday definitely deterred me from ever having one. I drove 30 miles to cash a check at this bank which was the bank on the check and the exact bank the check writer uses. I was told that it would be $100 to cash the check. $100!!!!! WHY? To cash your own check and because I don't have an account with you? I've had to pay $7 or $8 before at other banks to cash checks but $100 in my opinion is far beyond reasonable. It's sad that several of the staff there were actually very nice and acknowledged a stranger in a very kind way. However, if I were looking for a bank to do business with, it would not be here.

They do not honor their promise to pay promotions when opening a new account with them I would highly recommend not starting an account with them. The branch manager is very rude and does not like to help customers or hear any complaints you may have.. Worst bank ever worst experience ever.
