- JSJsidney SEARSNov 25, 20251.0If I could rate Truist in Rockingham NC , it would be -5 stars! Twice I have tried to get cash from the ATM at 116 Lee St and the cash either barely comes out or the 2nd time I tried to get $600 and the cash came out but I couldn't retrieve it all and the door came down and took $480 back into the machine. I barely got $120 out. I called Truist customer service and they said I had to call my bank and report it. That's one reason why I left Truist and went to SOFI. Also Truist would not Credit my Direct Deposit till the 1st of the month and I get my Direct Deposit my check deposited at SOFI sometimes 5 days ahead of the 1st. Truist was keeping my deposit for the Interest! Awful!!!
- JEJon-Dyre EwingDec 27, 20241.0Teller wouldn't cash a simple check from family member. Saying there would be a fee because I don't have a account there. I've had several checks cashed there this year without a issue. This is the most idiotic thing when you can see the account and know there is money there. Truist is a bad as PNC and equally worthless as BB&T was.
