  If I could leave a 0 I would !!! The worst PNC branch location I’ve ever been to. Francine Allen was terrible! Rude , unprofessional , and out of order ! There has been a formal complaint made as well!

  Since I don't have an account with this bank, the experience I had yesterday definitely deterred me from ever having one. I drove 30 miles to cash a check at this bank which was the bank on the check and the exact bank the check writer uses. I was told that it would be $100 to cash the check. $100!!!!! WHY? To cash your own check and because I don't have an account with you? I've had to pay $7 or $8 before at other banks to cash checks but $100 in my opinion is far beyond reasonable. It's sad that several of the staff there were actually very nice and acknowledged a stranger in a very kind way. However, if I were looking for a bank to do business with, it would not be here.

  Call and the representative was very rude asked to check and see if account was still open cause I had an deposit come to account and she said if you haven't used it no. But still got money in it though just crazy rude and disrespectful PEROID

  Been to this branch twice in the past couple weeks. One of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. PNC is refusing to open branches for walk-in in SC or NC even though both states are open. Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes the first time. Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes today and they wouldn’t tell me if the business check I was depositing would be on hold or not. Better off driving to another town and bank. Moving my business away from PNC.

  They overcharge your account and they also have random fees that you know nothing about. They do not honor their promise to pay promotions when opening a new account with them I would highly recommend not starting an account with them. The branch manager is very rude and does not like to help customers or hear any complaints you may have.. Worst bank ever worst experience ever.
