At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
When I walked in, the lady in the counter didn’t say anything. She wasn’t helping anyone either. But a few seconds later another person walked in and she said “Welcome to Truist, how are you?” And when the lady didn’t hear her, she repeated herself. I just feel that’s rude to not greet one person but go out of your way to greet the next. This is also my first time at this location. And this happens as of 11:16am as I’m still standing here typing this.

Absolutely the WORST managed branch I've ever been to. Just waited in line for 45 minutes inside the branch and not one customer was helped. I gave up and left.
Apparently one member of the staff was "on lunch" and the other one was tied up with something at her computer. No one else in the building.
They are notoriously slow here, I recommend against ever going to this location.

Absolutely awful service. A man with blonde hair at the front desk was extremely rude to my mother when she wasn’t doing anything wrong (just trying to get a cashiers check). We had to go to another truist just to get the check because he refused to give it to her for absolutely no reason. Thankfully the truist on falls of neuse had way better service. There is a reason this place does not have great reviews. We will be switching banks after this occurrence and my mother has been banking with you guys for around 20 years (BB&T). If he would of spoken in a kind manner things would have been different, but he was snippy, disrespectful, and dismissive! He was even rude to the person before my mother in line. It is not okay to take bad moods out on loyal customers.
