Axa, Damien, Ishita and Mohammed are all professional and exemplary in the careful management that they provide their customers. One can rest assured that if in this particular Truist branch, any financial transactions will be handled with the utmost professional and personal care. I’m grateful for their support, insight and patience when I’m working to accomplish my banking tasks, and it is because of THEM that I am a repeat customer!

Though its manager, Cici, is located within a different branch, her excellent staff on Avent Ferry exudes professional and personal excellence, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else (except over to see Cici at her new office)! Online: Get started right away by opening your account online. You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP.
Branch: Visit a branch near you during business hours to open your new account. Bonus—you’ll walk out with a ready-to-use temporary debit card with your new checking account.
