I almost didn’t come because of the reviews, but I’m glad I did. They were open about 5 minutes before 9am. I was greeted with smiles from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. MeMe was kind and patient during my visit.

I can see why theyre a 1 star. Went to cash a check from my EMPLOYER and the teller acted as if I wrote the check to myself. I could hear her talking about me to the other teller saying she doesnt know if she should cash it and the other teller looks back to asses if I could have actually obtained the check that was a measely 600 dollars for TWO days I worked. Brooke was her name. Steer clear of her and her nasty attitude.

Jaqueline Rodriguez was very professional. She was dealing with a miffed customer because the customer was aggravated by the online call center in Nebraska, or somewhere like that, before the customer decided to just go to the local branch. Jaqueline stayed true to her professional demeanor and gave excellent customer service with kindness and a smile. She also discovered the Nebraska problem and fixed it. Also, people, sometimes employees are dealing with poor upper management operations. These poor operations are not the fault of the employees. They stress with it everyday too so we should just take a breath and cooperate with them so they can do their job despite “out of their hands problems” that arise. Jaqueline you are shinning beacon to your branch. Thank you so much, Angela J. Btw, I’m that customer!
