We came in at the end of the day to take care of some admin items. Ashton was friendly, knowledgeable, affable, kind, just a real joy to talk to as we processed paperwork with him. My mother is loyal in her relationships and has banked with what was People's Bank and is now PNC for more than 40 years. I would like the branch manager to know Ashton is so wonderful with customers. Thank you.

My family had a lot of red tape to cut through with an estate account and other things after my dad died. We worked with Lisa at PNC, and she was amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, upbeat -- and she got results. She truly understands what customer service is all about and why it's important. Julia was also very helpful in helping us sort out some issues. A great team!
