Had a wonderful experience at the Village District branch of PNC in Raleigh! My family had a lot of red tape to cut through with an estate account and other things after my dad died. We worked with Lisa at PNC, and she was amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, upbeat -- and she got results. She truly understands what customer service is all about and why it's important. Julia was also very helpful in helping us sort out some issues. A great team!

Had a really good experience at this PNC branch. Everyone was super helpful and explained everything clearly. We opened an account here, and the whole process was smooth and easy.
Big shoutout to George — super attentive, explained all the details, and made sure we understood everything.

I had the opportunity to do a car sale transaction with a buyer who wasn't a PNC customer. We decided to meet at the Clark Avenue PNC location since I was a customer and I knew the fantastic service PNC has always provided with free notarization for their customers. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and provided excellent communication on next steps as Paul Roache was busy with another couple. That provided time for the buyer to get to know each other. The buyer was going through several personal situations that hit close to home so we were able to provide each other great support. It was a Lord created encounter as he was at the center of the conversations. So that was the first blessing. The second was when we walked into Paul Roaches office and he began to help us with the notarization and witnessing the signing of the documents. He even went so far to notarize for the buyer so it would save him several $$ from having to pay the DMV vendor for the same service. We also were able to hear Paul's story on how him and his wife were saved by their guardian angel on a late night drive home. Obviously Paul was articulating how fast he received service from his insurance provider. Within 2 hours of getting into the accident in the middle of night he had a payout and check ready. Unbelievable Service!! But at the stories Core it was another shout out to how much God loves and protects us. Paul is so full of joy and his smile and laugh is contagious. I just want the Raleigh market to know if you have any banking needs....Go see Paul and the Team on Clark Avenue you won't be disappointed! Thank you again!!
