For me, the customer service was wonderful, and their employees were willing to assist me with consistent communication and patience. I had a lot of concerns going into this since my understanding of these procedures is pretty lackluster, but the staff helped me set up a bank account efficiently while kindly addressing my concerns.
- ICIPL ClassicsSep 23, 20241.0PNC is very bad. I can not check my bank account statement very easily, its too hard to find that. Also they provide 100$ credit in Texas, which you dont get in Raleigh, so very disappointed with services.
- KTKyra ThomasAug 29, 20241.0Worst customer service ever - told me I was taking too long (I had been there for approximately one minute with no one waiting when I began, and then only one other woman coming eventually), and then when I politely said I was all good and didn’t need any help after he came up to me and started berating me, he scoffed and starting quite literally speaking about me with the customer that had walked up while I was right there. He then made a snide remark at me while I was leaving after the machine didn’t work. Great start to my morning.
