  Worst customer service ever - told me I was taking too long (I had been there for approximately one minute with no one waiting when I began, and then only one other woman coming eventually), and then when I politely said I was all good and didn’t need any help after he came up to me and started berating me, he scoffed and starting quite literally speaking about me with the customer that had walked up while I was right there. He then made a snide remark at me while I was leaving after the machine didn’t work. Great start to my morning.

  I will never, ever, ever send PNC another dime. Their interest rate is OK, but if you ever try to get your money out of their bank using a domestic wire transfer, it's next to impossible. They tell you one thing, and then do another, and say just go do this, and you try, and it's totally different than they tell you. And, they help you fill out forms, and then you secure email them in and they don't accept them. And then you do a messaging chat and they tell you want to write so everything matches, and then you send it in, and they reject it. It's been two days and I'm still trying to get my money out of their bank. Let me repeat. I will never ever, ever send PNC another dime to put in their bank. It's not worth it. For two days, all I have had running through my head, is them say "please leave us alone", "we don't want you do to business with us", "stay away." And, I have heard the messages loud and clear, believe me.

  Least helpful bank I’ve ever encountered. Logged me out of online banking despite using the correct password and the new temporary password they sent to me doesn’t work either.

  Got a debit card and opened some accounts from here and they were pretty nice. The ATM is awful though often times you just can't deposit cash??
