  This is the worst Bank I've ever worked with. I opened up a business credit card and a business checking account with them and wasn't able to pay my credit card bill online for four months despite repeated visits to the branch, phone calls and emails. I quickly was unable to get a call back or email response from the branch regarding my credit card, shortly after I initially brought up the issue. I would call, no call back, I would email, no response. I had to physically go to the branch and pay my credit card in cash for months. Then I started receiving service fee charges for my business checking account. I received three different explanations on how the business checking account works to avoid service fee charges from the branch manager (when I opened the account), and two different reps from the PNC call center. I ended up just closing the account. PNC also makes it difficult to escalate complaints to regional offices or beyond by making contact information difficult to find. So that tells me they don't care about it. The lack of communication, professionalism and customer service are not worth your time. I recommend Truist, Wells Fargo or First Citizens for your business banking needs.

  I had a great experience at PNC! The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s nice to see a bank that truly values its customers. Highly recommend! Thank you Deshawn!!!

  PNC ISN'T WHAT IT USED TO BE. I opened accounts with PNC back around 2010 when I was very impressed with the way they helped me with my parents account when they got gravely ill. I was very happy with their service until, just before Covid, they started closing branches. Long story short, I moved to NC recently and my wife went into the local branch to get new checks with our new address. The branch mistaking printed the checks for the wrong account. When my wife went back in to resolve the situation, she found the manager to be extremely rude and said we can use the checks on the account they're printed for. That is not what we wanted. Not only that but they charged us $28 for 80 checks!! I am going to try and resolve this but if I were opening anew account, I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT GO TO PNC!
