My wife and I have recently moved from Idaho to the new Bern area in North Carolina and wanted a Bank that would Have services available in most places that we travel to, So we chose PNC. Our initial contact was with Andy Miller the branch manager at the new Bern location and he was extremely helpful getting us started with our new accounts! Andy is very professional knowledgeable and amicable ! . We continued our relationship with PNC with a wonderful lady named Laura, a Bank associate there. Laura is a wonderful woman and very helpful she is now our primary PNC representative and go to person at the new Bern office. all of the employees there are attentive accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Every time my wife or I go into the bank the manager interrogates us then tells us we could do that online or through the drive thru window. I have been with PNC for almost 30 years and have always had an enjoyable experience If we had wanted to do everything online we would go to an online bank. This interrogation and negative/demeaning treatment by the manager is going to drive us and many other customers away. If we are treated this way I can only imagine how his employees are treated.
