The attendant there was extremely rude about the matter. Her response was, “what do you want us to do about it? That’s the way the world is. People are going to steal. There’s nothing we can do about it. We’re not security.” That’s a terrible motto for a bank to be operating on. LOL, “Please store your money with us. We can’t promise you that your money won’t get stolen, but we can promise you is that we won’t do anything, because people steal.” Ridiculous! I’ll be going to a different bank, because of incompetence and rudeness from the staff of this dumpster of a bank. I would advise anyone to go to a different bank in the Murphy area, because this bank doesn’t care about protecting your money.
