- JSJosh stahlDec 4, 20251.0If you had a piggy bank under your mattress, it would be better than this branch. I do expect new management soon after the stunt this one pulled today. Was able to clear it up in a few minutes with corporate and escalate a case against her But Avoid these people at all costs. Trust me. To be clear - the branch manager abused her power by seizing funds as a REG CC federally mandated hold on a deposit that had already posted, was released and was NOT held through the automated REG CC system. She did this out of spite in response to criticism of the branches poor customer service. It is a violation of REG CC guidelines to place that type of hold after funds have already been released. It was done MANUALLY to hurt an account holder. There must be accountability within PNC or I will pursue civil action.
